Applicants for Post-doctoral Fellow should possess a PhD degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Psychology, Statistics. Applicants for Senior Research Assistant should possess a Master’s degree or above in Social Sciences, Social Work, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field, and have a minimum of 1 year of research experience. They should be proficient in quantitative analysis and skilled in the use of statistical software(s). Additionally, candidates should have excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably Cantonese), demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, possess good organizational and interpersonal skills, and be capable of working both independently and collaboratively with external parties.

The successful candidate will support the Principal Investigator in executing research projects focused on adolescent and elderly mental health. Responsibilities will include data analysis, preparing presentations, drafting proposals and reports, and undertaking other assigned tasks.

Preference will be given to applicants who have expertise in advanced statistical modeling, a track record of publications, and experience in drafting grant proposals. Key Responsibilities:?


	Leadership in EU & International Research Funding Development:?Identify and pursue international research funding opportunities strategically, develop and maintain international and EU partnership and support researchers in the preparation and submission of international collaborative research funding proposals.
	Senior Team Leadership:?Supervise and support colleagues within the EU & International funding team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
	Funder relationships:?Develop and manage relationships with key funding bodies, including UKRI, the Horizon Europe programme, NIHR and other international funders to gain intelligence.

About us:

The Precision Health Informatics Data Lab, led by Professor Richard Dobson, is motivated towards enabling a “panoramic” view of patients that is precise, predictive, preventative and participatory, through the integration of traditional ‘omics data with data derived from mHealth, electronic patient records, knowledge graphs. The group works closely alongside the National Institute for Health Research Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (NIHR Maudsley BRC) supporting their translational research into novel tests, treatments and technologies to understand and treat mental disorders.

About the role:

Our RADAR-Base platform is pioneering the future for mHealth technology in remote monitoring and management of health data. The RADAR-base platform is used in numerous research fields, spanning over 20 disorder areas in 54 studies. We are looking for an energetic, experienced Product Manager with a considerable background in product design and management. This role will significantly impact our strategy for developing the RADAR-Base mHealth remote monitoring software platform. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in product management and deep knowledge of mHealth technologies, besides a passion for using technology to drive meaningful change in healthcare.

This is a full time post, and you will be offered a fixed term contract until 31/07/2027.
