Aditya University evolved from Aditya Engineering College and was established as a state private university in 2016. On its campus in Andhra Pradesh, a coastal state in south-east India, Aditya hosts more than 5,000 students from across India and some 20 countries.
Across its four schools (engineering, business, sciences and pharmacy), it counts more than 500 faculty members. Its undergraduate programmes include: civil engineering, electronics and communication engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, mining engineering, artificial intelligence and machine learning, information technology, forensic science, cybersecurity and digital forensics, digital marketing, business analytics, and pharmacy.
The university offers master＊s programmes in engineering, business administration, computer applications, cybersecurity, digital marketing, business analytics, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical analysis, and forensic science. There are PhD programmes in engineering, management, mathematics, physics, chemistry, and English.
Some scholarships are available for Indian and non-resident Indians.
Aditya places a strong emphasis on placement training and foreign language learning to enhance career opportunities. Students have secured internships at Google, Walmart, Flipkart, Airbus and other global giants. Aditya has industry collaborations with Siemens, Dassault Systems and more.
With international partner universities, it offers joint degree programmes and semesters abroad. Among its institutional partners are RWTH Aachen University, Stanford University, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the Georgia Institute of Technology, and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
With a focus on entrepreneurship, its Career Development Centre provides aspiring entrepreneurs with comprehensive guidance on business planning, development and execution.
