Thanks to the article for University Mental Health Day by Liz Morrish (¡°Audit culture is a resigning matter¡±, Features, 2 March), I was reminded of ¡°the right to intellectual and professional self-determination¡± and the ¡°threats to mental health in academic life¡±.

In the fictional Institute for Higher Learning run by Professor Xavier in the X-Men franchise, I especially admire the member called for her adaptability and self-determination. However, sometimes I wonder if the ¡°stress¡± that Morrish writes about is causing me to experience a mental problem, the Capgras delusion.
