TECHNOLOGY AND EDUCATION. The first international technology and education in the social sciences conference will be held at the University of Stirling, September 5-7. SHOUTS FROM THE STREET.

"Shouts from the Street" (September 7-9) questions how popular cultures in the city and across the media are questioning mainstream assumptions.
