As you report in The Week in Higher Education (20 November), European Space Agency scientist Matt Taylor hit the headlines not only for his role in landing a craft on a comet but also for wearing an inappropriate shirt. Matters were made worse when Boris Johnson defended him. You fail to report, however, that he does have a magnificent beard.
