US president Barack Obama is to unveil plans that would see two years of community college study available free to ※everyone willing to work for it§.
In a speech to be delivered in Tennessee later today, described by Mr Obama as a ※preview to the State of the Union [address]§ to be made on 20 January, the president will give further details on the proposal which he says will ※make sure that community college is accessible for everyone§.
