The Association of University Teachers says that its threat to "greylist" the University of Ulster as a bad employer has led to victory. Campus unions were set to hold strike ballots if the university served notice to axe existing recognition agreements. Following a unanimous decision by the university's staffing committee, Ulster has rescinded the review timetable.
