Aberdeen University has unveiled plans for a multimillion-pound, purpose-built medical and health education centre that it believes will be the first of its kind in the UK.

The university and the Grampian National Health Service Trust have committed £12 million towards the £16 million cost of the building, which will fully integrate anatomy teaching with developing clinical skills and knowledge of disease.
