Kelly Hower, MSN, serves as Associate Vice President for Health and Wellbeing at Oregon State University, where she provides strategic leadership for a portfolio that includes student health services, counseling, health promotion, gender-based violence prevention and advocacy as well as wellbeing initiatives. She has extensive experience in college health administration, organizational leadership, and advancing data-informed approaches to student wellbeing. Kelly is actively engaged in national college health leadership through the 51³Ô¹Ï and the Pacific Coast College Health Association, where she contributes to advancing best practices, strengthening partnerships, and promoting student health and wellbeing across higher education. She is particularly passionate about fostering health-promoting campuses and leading systems-level change to support student success.
