The Drug Free Schools and Campuses Regulations requires all IHEs receiving federal funds to provide annual notification, maintain a substance abuse program, and complete a full review of their program on a biennial basis. This webinar will review the act’s history, its current requirements, and how the act is monitored/enforced and provide suggestions and examples of how community colleges can go about complying with this important mandate.
