In your coverage of our survey of the state of teaching equipment (THES, September 26), you gave the impression that the report was solely produced by PREST. In fact it was an equal collaborative effort with the Centre for Applied Social Research at the University of Manchester and the director of that centre, Peter Halfpenny, was the first-named author.
