Ceilidh of death

Geneticists worried that their latest conference, "The Genetics of Death", held in Glasgow, might be too depressing to bear, organised "a variant on a traditional Scottish entertainment" to liven things up. They named it the "Ceilidh of Death", and asked participants to bring their favourite death potions. It was good fun, said one party-goer, "although no one actually died. But everyone entered into the spirit of the occasion".
