The difficulty will be for the law to allow the expression of opinion that some religious beliefs are false and unworthy of being believed while barring expression of hatred for those who hold those beliefs.
The criterion of an offence against the law must not be that those who hold a belief feel offended by the opinions expressed about it. Those who hold any sort of belief must expect some others to regard it as ridiculous and to say so.
