In the feature "Doctor, doctor, quick, quick" (4 December), it says: "Many (PhDs) go completely unread. There is a story about someone who put a $100 bill inside his thesis in the university library - and found it, still there, 20 years later." Perhaps it had been read by lots of honest people.
