For this faculty position, we are looking for candidates with an engineering background, who have extensive experience in the area of digital supply chain.

Essential


	Academic and/or industrial experience in design and managing digital supply chain solutioning and supply chain management.
	Having a background and interest in one or more fields of digital supply chain, including but not limited to digital supply chain transformation, digital manufacturing, E-procurement, E-commerce, E-logistics.
	Experience and knowledgeable in one or more areas of supply chain operations management, risk management and operations research, such as demand forecasting, inventory control, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse and transportation simulation, optimization and management.
	Motivated to develop and to teach curriculum in supply chain sustainability.
	Strong demonstration of interest to develop supply chain security, supply chain digital twin, and artificial intelligence solutions through applied research projects.


Desirable


	Good knowledge in digital supply chain-related technologies such as AI, LLMs, Cyber Security, IoT, 3D printing, automation, supply chain security, digital twins, and block chains.
	Hands on experience in commercial digital supply chain solutioning projects with both hardware and software elements.
	Experience in digital supply chain related projects with strong integration of the three pillars, i.e., Digitalization, Resilience and Agility, and Green Supply Chain.
	Preferred to having a PhD in a related technical area.
	Led or involved in strong industry - academia partnership projects.

The Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care, School of Clinical Medicine aims to educate doctors to practise medicine at the highest standard, prioritising the best interests of their patients and the community, and to inspire them to strive for and achieve academic excellence.? The mission of the Department is to promote quality primary care through education, patient-centred service and research in family medicine.???

Applicants should possess a primary medical qualification registrable with the Medical Council of Hong Kong and a higher qualification in general practice/family medicine, preferably holding a FHKAM (Family Medicine) or equivalent specialist qualification.? They should demonstrate excellence in clinical services; have a strong commitment and experience in undergraduate teaching; and exhibit the capacity and potential in research.? They should also be fluent in English as teaching, research and professional activities are conducted in English.?

The appointee is expected to participate in the planning and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate medical education programmes in Family Medicine; conduct clinical research; develop and provide clinical services in primary care in the HKUMed affiliated hospitals and clinics; and contribute to administrative duties in the Department, Faculty and University.? About the Role

As the Community Engagement in Research Project Officer, you will bring your lived experience and community engagement expertise to foster inclusive and participatory research at OTARC. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders—including OTARC’s Autistic Advisory Committee (“Autvisory” Committee)—you will develop processes and build meaningful partnerships that promote impactful research and service delivery.

You will help shape and support OTARC’s engagement strategies and ensure that Autistic voices are central to our work.

Key Responsibilities


	Develop and implement best-practice models for community engagement in research.
	Coordinate and facilitate meetings with the Autvisory Committee.
	Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
	Support OTARC staff and students to incorporate inclusive engagement practices.
	Provide governance and operational recommendations that support inclusive research.


About You

You are someone with:


	A degree and relevant experience, or equivalent combination of knowledge and training.
	A strong understanding of neurodiversity and the Australian autism landscape.
	Demonstrated experience in community engagement, particularly with Autistic communities.
	Autistic and/or other neurodivergent lived experience.
	Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
	A passion for participatory research and improving outcomes for Autistic people.

Dietitians provide medical nutrition therapy and implement specific diet strategies for chronic medical conditions, illnesses, or injuries (Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association).
	Nursing:?Registered nurses render health services to individuals, families, and communities (Singapore Nursing Board Code for Nurses and Midwives 2018).
	Speech and Language Therapy:?Speech and Language Therapy involves assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of communication and swallowing disorders (Allied Health Professions Act 2011).

The University’s IT Service, iSolutions are looking for the right people to support the delivery of programmes and projects that change how the University uses IT to work. ?We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Programme/Project Coordinator to join the iSolutions IT Portfolio Team. ?If that’s you, then we would love to hear from you.

You will work in partnership with the Portfolio Manager, Programme and Project Managers, Programme PMO Lead, the wider programme team and programme sponsors to support the planning and delivery of specified projects, using the University’s best practice project framework to ensure success. This will include coordinating and servicing key programme boards and meetings, overseeing general project communications, maintaining data systems (such as intranet content), supporting the regular operational functions of the Programme PMO, project administration and sustaining key project documentation such as project timelines, risk and decisions logs.

You’ll be able to work accurately within deadlines and conscious of relevant policies and procedures. You’ll bring excellent communication, strong relationship management and organisational skills together with a keen eye for detail. You’ll be an engaged team member, but also able to work independently and manage your own workload.
