Women, young people and those with low qualifications are the most likely groups to accept that they should save money in a learning account for their post-16 education, a study has found.

Low earners, who are also likely to have fewer qualifications, are also attracted to the idea of a learning account, according to the Learning and Skills Research Centre study.
