Runner-up award: faculty of community activities and service industry, Telford College of Art and Technology.

British Telecom Award for Distance Learning: creative studies faculty, Halton College.

BTec (Edexed) Award for Engineering: faculty of technology, Plymouth College of Further Education.

City & Guilds Award for Health and Community Care: management and training department, Weald College, Harrow.

Runner-up award: GNVQ (Advanced) Health and Social Care Unit, John Ruskin College.

NCET Award for IT to Support Learning: Wirral Metropolitan College.
