ARCHITECTS AND SURVEYORS INSTITUTE. Michael Latham, consultant with the Building Employers Confederation and House-Builders Federation and corporate affairs director to The Building Group, was presented with a certificate of honorary fellowship on December 8.

Honorary fellowships were conferred on: Paddy Egerton, former director of nursing for Mid Essex Hospital Trust, who contributed in devising education programmes for the faculty of health and social work until her retirement in 1994; Michael Sharp, former chief education officer for Essex County.
